K Haus is a great place to take your vehicle. I was treated fairly. The communication is top notch and the prices are reasonable compared to other places.

My experience with K’s Auto, has been going back some time now. They are a shoot straight company that works with you when you’re not able. August 2026, we had a family emergency in Michigan, but my truck needed $3,000 dollars worth of work and they took the steer by the horns and got my truck completed and we are still out of town. Our work was covered by a warranty, so, I can't speak on price. However, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and quick They also kept us updated with any changes, instead of us having to call to find out what was going on. We brought our car in after taking it to another shop for the same problems. They diagnosed it within a few hours. And had the repairs done in less than a day after they got the parts.

I could not be happier with the service and transparency I received from K’s Autohaus. I’m a very experienced mechanic with over 15 years of experience working on and building cars, and for that reason, I typically avoid taking my vehicles to repair shops. I prefer to diagnose and repair my own vehicles whenever possible. However, I recently ran into an issue with my truck that I simply could not diagnose, and I didn’t want to waste money throwing parts at it and hoping I eventually found the problem. Thomas was the first person I spoke with during this process that I genuinely felt comfortable bringing my truck to. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He was able to diagnose an issue that had stumped me and, throughout the process, kept me informed about what he was doing, what he was testing, and what symptoms he was able to reproduce and induce to confirm the diagnosis. I ended up approving the repair while I was out of town for work, and I can confidently say they fixed the issue that I had spent nearly three months trying to diagnose myself. As someone who normally avoids auto repair shops like the plague, that says a lot. I can confidently recommend K’s Autohaus to anyone looking for transparent, competent, honest, and genuinely trustworthy automotive work. It’s refreshing to find a shop that conducts business with this level of integrity and actually takes the time to diagnose the problem rather than just throwing parts at it. Excellent service and an excellent experience. I would absolutely trust K’s Autohaus with my vehicles again.

K’s AutoHaus phenomenal repair auto shop! Thomas is honest straight forward owner. Him and his team did an incredible job on my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. The fix my A/C system which blows freezing cold during these record temperature days in Houston,TX. He’s my first Auto Shop outside the dealership that has done a fantastic job on my Truck in great amount of time. He is BETTER than the dealership I went to by FAR!!!!
