Great experience from start to finish with Thomas. From the initial phone call Thomas was very upfront and honest about his knowledge on the care needed for our 2003 Beetle to get it back up to the needed performance to manage the Texas heat after some issues started. He did a thorough look over and compiled the list of concerns for the car. He was cautious of jumping in and full-sending on the ac rebuild, knowing the costs could be higher than expected. Rather, he took baby steps with the replacement of the ac system which hasn’t worked in more than 3 years, could be more than 5 years, we don’t really know. After only a few short days and some unforeseen complications, we have a fully functional ac! He also did a complete workup and replacement on all fluids, brakes and minor cosmetics the 24 year old car needed so it’s safe for our second kiddo to learn to drive with this Beetle. He was mindful of our budget and time frame. He ensured we didn’t blow funds on unnecessary fixes but rather focused our money on the important items. We told him 2 weeks but he had it done in only 5 days. Great shop and easy to work with. 5 star experience for returning our 24 year old Beetle back to its roots so our next kiddo can enjoy it for many more years to come! Thanks, Thomas!

There’s not enough I can say about K’s Autohause and the work they do! Absolutely 5 stars and extremely professional. I brought my VW Taos in with several serious issues, including steering problems, broken blinker bar, dash lights etc. I found K’s after another auto repair told me they don’t work on VW’s and found K's Autohause near me in Humble with very high Google ratings (I use Google Reviews often to get reference). Took a chance and made appointment online. When I arrived, I met Thomas who walked me through the needed repairs. I could only afford to fix maybe one item at the time and he asked if I had a warranty. Thankfully I did but didn’t think warranty would cover the issues I had. Thomas took it from there, arranging with warranty company for all the approvals. The guy knows what he’s doing! As I looked around the shop I was surprised at the cleanliness. Not kidding, it looked nothing like a repair shop! Never seen a cleaner, more organized shop! I could go on but I’m not trying to write a book here. I was blown away at every turn on customer service and the quality of work. Especially when Thomas was able to get my warranty to cover the entire repair with nothing from me but my deductible! I was kept informed at every turn, receiving constant updates. I recommend K’s to anyone needing auto repair, either American or European cars! My truck was making a crazy noise. I took it to a different shop, spent $600 on trial and error (more error) and it still wasn’t fixed. Went to K’s on a recommendation and they had it fixed a few hours later at a very fair price. They’ll be getting my business moving forward.
