Humble Auto Repair

Right when you walk in your greeted by a very friendly receptionist who always keeps you updated regarding the progress of your vehicle. The shop is always clean and the work done I have never had an issue with. I would recommend this place as I have never felt pressured to make any repairs and they always suggest or advise future repairs.

This will be my 4th experience with K’s. I always have trouble trusting mechanics because you hear so many horror stories. These guys made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in the door. I’ve had 2 service warranty claims with them and 2 body claims. !!!did you know they do bodywork too?!!! It’s the first time I’ve felt like my car guy was MY CAR GUY (or GAL thx Sheila) fought to make my insurance company use the best parts and fix everything that needed to be done the way it’s supposed to be done. Sheila called me multiple times a week just to let me know where we were at in the repair stages. I five star recommend this place and hope y’all flourish in new business.

I have been bringing my car to K's Autohaus for almost a year now. I found this place when I was looking to repair my vehicle that was under warranty and I'm so glad I did. I have been bringing my vehicle in for oil changes ever since and every time I call ahead or walk in the 2 ladies at the front desk are always so friendly, knowledgeable and always keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The mechanics are also very, very good at what they do as I always leave the shop confident that my vehicle was taken care of. They also always advise if a service is coming up so that on my next visit I know what to expect. About a week after my visit I receive a hand written Thank You card following up to make sure I was satisfied with the service they provided which I think is amazing this day in age. Just makes me feel a sense of care from the business and with that I will continue to bring my vehicle in for servicing and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable auto mechanic.
